Professor Sam Wass is one of the UK's leading experts on Early Years brain development. He is Director of the Institute for the Science of Early Years based at the University of East London. In addition, Sam regularly appears as an Early Years expert on TV, radio and in national newspapers. He featured as a psychologist in the multi-award-winning TV series The Secret Life of 4-, 5- and 6- Year Olds.
Dr Gemma Goldenberg is a psychologist and education expert with two decades of experience as a teacher and leader in nursery and school settings. Together with Sam, Gemma co-founded www.nestkids.co.uk, a consultancy which supports others to use neuroscience in their work with children. As part of this work, she regularly delivers training online and in person to settings across the country and beyond.
